Why The Queen Went Mad

Please do not steal or copy my work.

The man in the mirror was what was desired.

A voice of assurance, lithe with love that had not expired,

Despite the subtle alluring from others who promised the world and more.
Such temptations fueled the body to blossom in such a way that it bore

The leeches of chaos inside the brain

Which drove the victim mad and caused her to carry disdain

For the mirrored knight-who held nothing more than truth.

This cycle of adoration, reluctance, and self destruction repeats today, yet,
It is the expected out come.
